Rooms were clean, the design in the rooms were a little “off”, small sink area yet huge toilet shower area with no shelf space. Location suited our purpose close to a venue and lots of strip malls to grab food. I found the services offered in the hotel lacking.

Stayed for one night at this hotel. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, but the room could have been cleaner. They also don’t provide basic amenities like lotions, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was okay for a quick overnight stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Generally a nice hotel for business travelers but the smart TVs in the rooms often have network problems making it impossible to use streaming apps, but sometimes they work as intended. A quick update after another stay. TV/network was good, no issues. Bath towels are on the thinner side but were in good condition. Good water pressure from shower.
When we arrived, the front desk/lobby area was full of people waiting to check in. We only waited about 30 minutes but others had been waiting over an hour. For the inconvenience, Solote upgraded our room free of charge and waived the $100 deposit. The stay was restful, the room was clean and inviting and the Bistro restaurant was absolutely delicious
BOOK IT! Angie listened to us and accommodated our stay during a recent group wedding. Hats off to her and her staff for a job well done!
Very good experience! The staff was very friendly. The room was what I expected. The cleaners did a good job and even provided mints. Only negatives were that the curtains in my room were slightly broken, but still useable, and I wish there was a free breakfast because the bistro is pricey and not that great.
